David Ožura attended his first EAHIL conference in Seville in 2016. He is head of the library at the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana, a member of the Slovenian consortium negotiating group for international scientific publishers, a member of the Expert Body for International Scientific Literature (medical field) at the Slovenian Research and Innovation Agency, and editor of the Slovenian open access journal for oncology Onkologija.
