The Training, Education and Development for Medical and Health Information Specialists and Librarians (TrEDMIL) special interest group (SIG) was founded in Dublin last year. The group aims to serve as a forum to share, discuss and make recommendations to the EAHIL Board and members in competencies framework for librarians and other information professionals, post-graduate programme(s) in health, medical and related information sciences and continuing professional development.
EAHIL now has seven SIGs, or sub groups.
