The deadline for submission of your abstracts for EAHIL 2022 is near. The submission will close 14 January 2022 midnight CET.

If you are unsure whether you can attend because of the Covid-19 situation, we ask you to submit your abstract nevertheless. You can decide later whether you will travel to Rotterdam. We will base our decision about going live or fully online based on your intention to travel, which we will ask you after acceptance. If you are unable to travel to Rotterdam you can present your research online. If not enough abstracts are submitted we will have to decline the live event and organize an online only event. If we host a hybrid event, the online presentations and interactive discussion on selected live presentations will take place on Thursday and Friday in the week after the live event in Rotterdam.

You can submit anything that you find interesting to share. We welcome Oral Presentations and Posters (these can be presented online as well). We also invite 75 minutes long workshop, and Continuing Education Courses of half or full day (if your CEC is selected you will be offered a free registration to the conference). CECs and workshops will have to be presented live in Rotterdam.

The fees for EAHIL 2022:

When the early bird registration ends will depend on the Covid-19 situation.

In the in person registration access to the online presentations and interactive discussion in the week after the live event is included.
