About Astrid
Astrid attended her first EAHIL workshop in Krakow, Poland in 2007. Since then she has participated at many of the conferences and workshops, presenting posters or papers several times.
She was elected as a co-opted member of the EAHIL Executive Board for the term beginning 2021. She works as a research librarian at the Medicine and Health Library at Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway.
Astrid has been a board member of SMH (Norwegian Library Association, Section for Medicine and Health) for many years and is a member of the Local Organizing Committee for the EAHIL Workshop in Trondheim in 2023. She has professional interest in teaching and information literacy, professional and organizational development and development of the communication with library users, through personal meetings at the desk as well as through digital platforms, teaching sessions, guidance etc.
