Marion Heymans
About Marion
Her first EAHIL meeting was in Utrecht (1998). Since then she actively attended several EAHIL meetings, with presentations in Cluj (2006) and Lisbon (2010), with a CEC course in Brussels (2012) and in Rome (2014) with a poster presentation.
Marion works since the 1990s in medical libraries and currently in Zuyderland, a hospital in the south of the Netherlands. She has participated in the national medical library network in several roles. Based on her professional experience, she is interested in evidence based medicine, Open Access and continuing education for information professionals .
Marion is co-opted member of the board as EAHIL’s administrative liaison based in the Netherlands where EAHIL is registered in the Chamber of Commerce and has its bank accounts.
