Today the Board had its first meeting for 2022. The agenda was filled with interesting reports and issues to discuss. We are looking into a new membership database and have now decided to work with “My Club” to keep track of our members and in return easy for our members to update their own personal data. We are today working with Dropbox, but are looking for a tool to keep track of our reports, conference and other important papers that we and all our members need to have access too. It is a jungle!

Also we need to find a new emailing management software, that is free (at best) and stable, easy to handle. Do you know a very good emailing management software that is easy to work with and not too expensive or open source perhaps?

The Board has awarded two members for the EAHIL Awards for 2021 and 2022, which will be announced during the Rotterdam conference.
